I did a practice lay-out on my tank to figure out what goes where. If I can pull this off this summer    it should be the shizzzznits! Remember this is just practice taping. The blue tape is not right. The finish taping will be measured.

I got a couple nice days without RAIN here in So Central Kentucky. The tank and side covers are in metal flake. Here are some pics.

Looks like you already know it!
Just use a good urethane clear coat!!
None of the cheapest stuff online!

Not that it matters either way, but I have always found the hardest part of painting to be the prep work. Spraying paint out of a gun or a can has always been easy to me. The other part much harder!
