For anyone possibly needing the information, the glass *can* be replaced on the gauge cluster.
The front of the gauge cluster is 4 main pieces. The outer shell, the glass, a U channel rubber gasket, and the inner face.
The shell and inner face adhesive can be broken down with denatured alcohol.
If you drip/pour a small amount into the edges from the back, and GENTLY flex the inner face around, the adhesive will fail and let it come out.
The inner and outer appear to be ABS. So any adhesive rated for ABS should work to reattach it.
DO NOT USE super glue. the vapors will likely fog the inside of the glass.

If there's a desire, i can possibly created a print with dimensions for folks to take to their local glass shops.

what shape is the 700's glass? the glass shops here in a large city couldn't even cut a round piece of glass right. they didn't have the right thickness anyway.

They look like this (not my pic). My local shop can make them for approx $100 out of tempered glass.
