Z1 Enterprises
13 Jul 2006 08:23
Just got my shipment of the sidecover badges (ordered last Friday - NY to Ontario Canada) in record time from Z1 Ent. Best of all,the way they shipped them in the mail was cheap and no customs BS or brokerage fees!
If you need replacement sidecover badges for your Z1 or KZ series bike, let me be the first to recommend the ones sold at Z1 Ent. Absolutely perfect and actually better made than the oem Kawasaki units.
Thanks to Steve at Z1 for the help over the phone too.

Are these replacement badges plastic? I have seen some that were flexible plastic but certainly looked very good.

I agree...Jeff at Z1 is not only very knowledgable, but he's willing to share what he knows. His business is top rate with shipments being lightning fast....it's always been a pleasure doing business with him. GOOD GOIN' JEFF !

I believe Jeff and Z1 Enterprises is a throwback to when "customer service" was more than a catch phrase companies threw around as an advertising gimick. I was flabergasted when I called and Jeff answered the phone himself! He even put me on hold to walk out into the warehouse just to make sure he had the part I wanted. If he's got the part I want there's no question where I'll buy it. He even took the time to tell me a couple of things to watch for and a few tricks to replace the part on my bike. If there is a drawback (and it's a very minor one) I'd have to say his New Yorker accent can be tricky to understand on the phone. :woohoo:  :silly:

Jeff kicks ass, spent more time with me anwering various questions, he is the first place I go for parts. I happened to place an order with American Classix for some carb cables Jeff was out of last Monday, I emailed Wed for tracking info-no reply, sent another email asking for the info (to make sure it was shipped) on Fri a.m.-no reply. if it shows up today because it was shipped I'll be suprised but no excuse for the shitty communication. no ph# on their site to call and get ahold of a human either, go figure. think they don't want to talk to anyone or what?

jeff runs a great bizz. i have ordered a few parts from him since i found out about his store back when i became a kzr member. i dont care were you go to get your parts or what you paid for them you will never find better products, for a more reasonable price, with fast shiping, and costumer service like no other. jeff will go out of his way to even try to talk you threw fixing you bike if needed.
