Seen these items on eBay! Stainless Steel head light bucket ears. Ad said made to your fork mm size? From 25MM to 60mm?
But they were in china! Skeptical about ordering from china??? Saying 4-5 weeks delivery? I did not care about that part.
What got me was $16.00 US Total!! So I took a chance, They have 100% feedback, I searched that and seen other USA buyers. So, if I lost $16 bucks so what.
Ordered them, they wrote back a few times, I told them I want 35mm clamps for my KZ forks. We both confirmed this.
And to my surprise? They arrived in only 8 days! Pretty damn nice too!!!!! It would have taken me 3-5 days to make them myself. Yes, the clamps are thin for a long term rider bike, the brackets are about a 1/4" thick, but I only wanted them for a 1/8 mile drag bike with no glass headlight in it.
These are only mocked up, not final yet. I'm Happy with them.
Just passing this along.

I've found some great stuff from China, if you search Aliexpress you'll find lots of those style headlight clamps and brackets, and probably cheaper...!!
