16 Aug 2018 14:16
Hello, I'm new here and a new KZ owner and I'm trying to find out what the factory color is on my bike. Seller told me it is root beer however I can't find it anywhere or another bike with my color and stripes. Any help would be appreciated

Welcome aboard! It would help a lot if you would add your bike's year and exact model to your signature line. Ed

You may want to check with the folks at
paintworkz.com/AboutUs.html
They really know early KZ colors. Here's a link to some photos of bikes that were painted using their paint.

It looks pretty much original and the colour of the red line on the tach suggests it's been stored indoors all of it's life. One thing that looks changed is the front signals. The LTD model has them on the bars. Yours are on the headlight.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

What a sharp looking bike KZK. You also have a center stand which they didn't come with but is a great add on.
