I`m planning to soda blast my bike, but I`m searching for information what to do before priming.
I have understand I need to neutralize the soda before I start painting and priming, if not will the paint go off later ???

Not sure if you need to neutralize the soda but if you give it a final wash with a high pressure washer, that should get everything off.
Make sure to block ALL the holes and degrease everything properly.
I used blocks of MDF,drilled out and mounted using the original bolts to close the intake ports. With a small bead of silicone kit just to be sure. For the exhaust ports,I stuffed a small pastic bag in each port and closed it over with silicone. If you go this way, be sure to smear some washing up liquid around the mouth of the port first, otherwise the silicone sticks to it and its a bugger to get it all off.
I also pulled out the starter motor and plugged that hole the same way. With the oil breather I used a wooden plug with some plumbers tape around it. An old set of spark plugs and some masking tape around the head bolts. Cant remember what I used for the tacho drive hole.
Another thing to keep in mind when youre blasting/cleaning is to not go crazy around the areas youve closed. Whatever media you use, itll be under high pressure and no matter how well youve plugged something ,with enough pressure you can go through it. Or worse still you can dislodge the plug completely and youre shooting soda/water/whatever directly into your exhaust port before you can react!
Thats my tuppence worth

Thank you for feedback, I see other saying you must use hot soap or something for neutralize.
I don`t have high pressure water, can I use normal water from the house?

I dont have a pressure washer either ,I borrowed one for the engine. For the frame, I took it to the local car wash and did it there.

Good idea, I can bring the engine and frame to washing machine.
Did you use some soap or just water ?
How long time ago is these are you still happy with the results of the paint on engine and frame?
