Hey i was wondering if anyone could tell me if i could run a 110/90-18 front and 120/90-18 rear? safe or no

The question is can you fit oversize tyres - probably.
Will it be an improvement? unlikely and probably less precise steering. unless you go for wider rims.
There is often a trade-off between building something that you like the look of, and optinum handling.
