Hello,
Can anyone tell me if you can remove the front fender on the J model without removing the front wheel? If so I would gather you would use an alan key? Any thoughts or tips on this would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I'm not familiar with the J model, but isn't the front fender just bolted to the forks with 8mm x 16mm bolts as shown in the Kawasaki.com diagram? If so, you should be able to remove the 4 bolts and slip the fender out like on my KZ650. Did someone modify yours so you need an allen key? Ed

Mine are 10mm and I unbolted it with the tire on. Little fun getting it back on but not too hard.

10mm seems huge for fender mounts. Was that the diameter of the bolt or the wrench size? Ed
