Hey everyone
When I bought my KZ550 LTD the previous owner had painted over all the emblems with flat black paint. I sanded down the tank emblems and took the paint off and they shined up fairly well. The plastic side panels can't be sanded back to their original colors so I want to repaint them by hand. I've come across two different colors for the same side panels. One is black trim and red filling inside the letters and the other is gold trim with gold inside the 550 and a red LTD. Which of these is the original paint scheme for the 81 550 LTD?
