kz200 tank was created by chevyman
Hi folks,
I've been a member here, mostly lurking for a while. I'm on my third KZ and this time its a '77 kz200. The bike is nicely put together and is in need of a tank. I'm planning on using it as a trail bike and some ice use to move around the frozen lake. I'm working on getting a lost title form and trying to get it registered here in Wisconsin. To ride it around the farms and trails around here I just need the tank. I've heard rumors that LTD 400 and 440 tanks fit well on it but standard kz tanks don't. Not sure if there is any truth to that. Maybe someone can shed some light on that for me to make the search a little easier as kz200 tanks seem to be made out of unobtanium. If of course you or someone you know have a kz200 tank squirreled away and would like to sell it, please contact me via the forum.
Thanks for your considerations and all the information this site has provided me over the years.
