Going out on a limb here, but maybe a Kawasaki KH100 or G3SS??????

Don't see many of those around. Definitely a small cc mid 70's machine welded piece. Trivia......Kawasaki went from gas welding the seams on the 75 Z1 tanks to machine welding the seams on the 76 KZ900 tanks and new stampings. On the H1 500 the same stampings went from all gas welded seams to mostly machine welded seams around 74.
