i am pretty sure all the black on this bike is por-15.

I am interested as well.

I have used it in at least 12 resto jobs on cars and trucks. It's the only thing ill use on any build I do. It is very versatile and tough. I recommend you use it and follow directions to a t. Also it looks nice brushed on but I prefer to spray it. Do your research before making the purchase and prepare to spend some coin as its a bit pricey

I'm trying to avoid spraying, so i wanted to know about anyone brushing this stuff ....and will only use it on the frame...swingarm and small stuff.....will it go on bare metal???

It can be applied bare or over existing paint or primer. Also like i said it is versatile and can be sprayed or brushed on. Brushing it on is less consistent and will show small brush marks although in my experience its minimal as it settles well and lays down. But I encourage you to learn to spray even if with a cheap gun. Within an hour of test panels and experimenting you can learn to spray well enough to pass your work as professional. Be patient and spray light and slow focusing on even coverage. It's a single stage type product so its simple enough. No clear or top coat to stress.

I brushed on the POR-15 Rust Preventive Paint, and then I sprayed the Chassis Coat Black. Supposed to hold up similar to powder coat.
