what to chrome first

sinbce I am at a month without a cigarrette I am gonna start chroming small stuff front hub or valve cover? fo my first?

every month without a smoke small part gets chromed or bought not ready to redo wheel yet but will need the part if I stay that direction

what would you do??

I'm well over 40 still love chrome rather have chromed than painted (on most stuff)

Just remember browns plating for the aluminumparts,its very hard to get anything to stick to aluminum but Ive had good luck with them.
For steel parts just about any decent shop will do. B)

Doesn't really matter what is first...everything has to be chromed! :P Start on the motor parts and work your way out...
1980 LTD (changed over the years), 1979 LTD (being rebuilt), 1977 KZ turbo and various KZ's in various states of build. KLX110

Just know that when you chrome aluminum parts, it's not a question of IF they're going to peel, but WHEN. It's only a matter of time before you come to sorely regret chroming your aluminum alloy bits and pieces.

Yes polished aluminum is definately better looking than plated aluminum,but you need to maintain it though B)

Just thinking out loud hear RAM. since chrome isn’t guaranteed to stick, long term. I have chrome parts, some r peeling some r not.
what about using the chrome paint that u used on your tank?????
