Starting Phase II

At this point I'm thinking of grinding the air box tabs off but reliability is an issue with pods apparently. I'll need a new air box cover because one peg is broken. Powder coating the frame, wheels and other small items. Anyone know how to remove and replace the fork lock? Tank has been sent off to Moyer Gas tank repair in PA. Anyone know of them?

Phase II completed. Powder coated frame, Wheels, fork outters, other parts. Tank repaired and prepped. Pics to follow.
