Can paint stripper be used on the plastic body parts?

Some folks report success by soaking in brake fluid, perhaps inside a plastic bag.

Try not to use stripper. Just sand it out. Takes time but u wont break the plastic down. Strippers break the plastics/ composites down.

Brake fluid will ruin a paint job. The plastic will always hold some oil no matter how much you clean it!

Wetsand with good quality 220 wet/dry sandpaper.
Use a 3M sponge block too.

Do not use paint stripper on your plastics. I learned the hard way. It softens up the plastic same as the paint, then you've got a mess.
