650 or 750 tank???

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI'm needing a new gastank and found this one on Ebay, but the guy isnt sure which bike it's from so I turned to you.
Help please? I'd hate to buy it and it not fit. Is there a significant difference in tank size between these bikes? It looks just like mine...
