GPz Windscreen was created by ThatGPzGuy
Hey Folks, just dropped off the plastic bits for paint. My windscreen is in decent shape meaning it is not cracked or chipped but it is a little sun damaged. It's dull and bit opaque. Is there a way to bring these back? Or am I better off finding a replacement. Does anyone even make these anymore?
TIA,
jim

Jim...the windscreens are still available from several different manufacturers...figure about US$100 for the windshield. However, before you drop that amount of money, try Meguiars 'PlastX' cleaner/polish. I have used it on a fairly sun-damaged windscreens and while it doesn't restore them to 'as new' condition, they look remarkably nicer than when I started.

You bet I will. Before and after. It should be a dramatic change.
Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try to clean mine up a little before I spring for a new one. I'm already in the doghouse for moving on the paint.
