Shoie fairing

I'm looking at this Shoie fairing on eBay. I emailed the seller, he says there's no model # info on it. I like the fairing but it has no windscreen. I can have one made, that's no issue, but can anyone help me ID the model number or model family of this fairing? Thanks.

Shoei made a FM-1 and FM-2 fairings. Are the mounting brackets available? If not, it's going to be fabrication time. The one in the picture looks to me to be a FM-1(could be wrong).

This company might be able to help for the brackets: www.motobrackets.com/

Fabrication isn't an issue, I fab stuff all the time. I tried searching for FM-1, no hits that look like that. Anyway, doesn't matter, if it ends up fitting at least closely, the rest is cake.
