Z200 / kz200 tank mount rubber sizes

Has anyone got any z200 tank rubbers they could measure for me please? I'm going to make some up so I need thickness and diameter plus the diameter and depth of the hole in the middle,

If interested, kawasaki.com shows that these are shared on numerous models, and are currently active parts available at Kawasaki dealerships.
