No problems with mine, and it has been on the road for over a year now. I have been in front of quite a few cops with no issue yet. Some states technically require the turn signals to be a certain distance away from the taillight, but I don't think that gets enforced very much judging from the quantity of bikes that I see with integrated tails. Mine passed a Texas safety inspection with the integrated tail.
