1981 KZ750e Seat

I just bought a 1981 KZ750e. The previous owner installed a new seat cover on it and I and would like to get rid of the step up camel hump on the rear of the seat. Any ideas? Would a GPZ750 seat fit a 1981 KZ750e?

Mine was an original seat pan and it has a bit of a bump in it. It was recovered by a guy who does autos.
I think the original had some ridges in it but he did this one flat and I like it. The PO had it done so no idea on price
