well i started with a foam mold, then made a frame of steel. fiberglassed over the steel and now i am using epoxy to get it all smoothed out.
no to much more work. and it will be done. it will be secured in the front 2 corners and to the rear fender. in total with 4 bolts.
my wife thinks i should paint it black when it gets done. i was thinking of matching the rear fender color, but then the black would look slick also.
what do you guys think?
thanks for the compliment. so far it has turned out better than i thought it would.

by the way the engine will be blcak, and the frame and a couple of other accents. so i might go witht he black and keep the rest of the bike the green stock color.
