Dig up a Vetter box somewhere, make up a mating plate to fit the old radio carrier, and zowie, off you ride...
Like this:
I did a thread a while back that goes into some detail with photos. I'll dig up the url and post it...

Not quite sure of exactly what you're after - but the stock rear is a *half* fender - half soft black plastic, half hard white fiberglass.
Sounds like you want to clean up the gap between the seat end and the start of the fiberglass.
Might be in your line to rig up some custom framing, then have an upholstery shop cover it with a custom buddy seat.

yeah that would work
i just want it clean like the front fender nothing on it! just a wide white fender i guess i have to find a guy that can mold me one out of fiberglass

Certainly do-able, but might be a challenge technically and as a result, a bit pricey...
But hey, doing something unique and trick is what this game is all about - have at it - and best of luck...

Oh, keep your eyes open at swap meets, search "Vetter" on Ebay - sooner or later one will pop up...
Mine found me. I was sitting in traffic and a guy pulled alongside and said, "Hey - you want a trunk for that thing?"
"How much?"
"Free. You can have it."
So I followed him. He'd pulled it off an old GL Goldwing and it was just sitting around his garage. I figured out a way to temporarily nail it to the radio carrier for the ride home, painted and striped the lid and side panels, came up with a quick release mount to swap between the box and the seat, and the rest is history....

Thanks. I was lucky to trip over a nice one to begin with - much to the later despair of the previous owner when he found out what he parted with...
Then, I wish I had a buck for every hour I've spent making and keeping her this nice - I could have built a *couple* of street trackers with that much time....
Here's the URL to that earlier thread - it has a more detailed dicussion of the box and some additional phots that should interest you:
kzrider.com/component/option,com_joomlab...id,9/id,45409/#45409
Happy rubbing

working with fiberglass isnt too hard really...just messy!
as a starting point, get yourself some fine chicken wire to creat a form for your "fender". this stuff is easy to come by, and easily bent into various shapes, might want to double or even triple layer it for more strenght tho. once you have a form that you like, use the fiberglass cloth and 'glass over the form. do several layers inside and out, wrapping the cloth over the edges as you work. then sand it smooth, prime and paint...
something to consider - how you will mount, and where mounts should be placed...would recommend some reinforcing metal plates at the mounting points.
i will be using this process to create a solo seat pan for my bike when the time comes....have given up trying to find one that will fit....
