Fairing I.D. was created by Rotten Egg
I'm hoping someone could help me I/D. this Fairing I saw on E-gay.
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...me=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT
(Sorry, I tried to save the picture but could not grab it off the site).
It sold before I could buy it.
Maybe someone knows the manufacturer?
Maybe even who sells it?
Thanks in advance.
Rick

Leon,
Thanks, and yes, it is very similar. Don't think it's exact, but it's very hard to tell. Especially since the site doesn't have multiple images of the fairing.
I think if I cant find the exact one, I'll buy it.
I really like the one on the sites' Ducati, but I think that's for the 8" headlight.

Anyone ever used the fairing from this place?

That is not one of ours but it's a modified BMW "R" style fairing for sure. It's got the flat spots underneath the reflector like an original R90S fairing but it's sized for a 7" headlight and has a molded in dash (unlike our BMW R fairings where there's a separate dash available). Best match for your bike would be the BMWR90S7.
The Ducati 900SS fairings (I am assuming that's what you are looking at) is available with 2 different headlight openings depending on whether you want the chrome ring on the headlight pushed through the fairing and visible, or recessed into the fairing and not visible. That fairing is a half fairing and will be frame mounted (does not turn with the forks). You will need brackets to mount that to the bike.

Thanks for the info Dutch, I'll PM you when I go to buy, Just a couple of jobs & I'll be ready :)
Sounds like I have a few more options than I thought from looking at the site. I like the BMW R style, but thought I could only get it for the 8" headlight.
Best application would be the headlight being flush with the fairing so it looks as smooth as possible. second would be the headlight just barely poking thru.

Does your fairing have tabs that catch the headlight at the side mount?

I figured on mounting small signals in a different spot, maybe on the fairing.
Thanks, Rick.
