painting controls
02 Jun 2011 17:59
Anyone have any luck with painting controls or the ever peeling MC resevoir? I painted mine a while back with mixed results...just didn't turn out that great.
Any special paint or technique? I just sanded and rattle can flat black. Didn't care about the colored lettering.

aluminum is kind of a pain to paint, sand everything good and wipe down with thinner and use a good primer.
then use a good paint like krylon or rustoleum if you dont have access to a paint gun,a good coat of clear probably wouldnt hurt
