My Spokes were very rusty on my front wheel. i sanded them down asbest as possible, taped off the outer lip of the wheel, sprayed spokes down with black rust stopped, then put a few goats of gloss black on then clear coat. it actually didnt come out all to bad for a cheap paint job. an so far they have held up well, have put about 1000 miles on since then. the bike was very rusty and scratched when i got it. plan is do do the whole bike the right way this summer

I painted the forks on my 400f with the appliance epoxy paint. Wire brushed them with a brass wheel in my drill and cleaned them first. They came out pretty good and smooth surface.
