I'm not clear what a bat-wing fairing is. Could you post a picture?

it is the handlebar mounted fairing like you see on harley davidson street glides michael.

such as

i am of no more help.
possibly pm kzrider member dblhdr (i believe)as i think him or a buddy put one on a police bike.
