A guy here in Boise did. Are you on dotheton.com?

He is on there, but not sure that he is on here.

This forum (Kawasaki Twin Owner's Forum) is very helpful with the 400s. The post in the link is about a KZ400 with a 6" stretch. The OP in that thread (Phil) is a really good guy and is very helpful. He fabbed his own stretched swingarm and I'm sure could get you pointed in the right direction. He is in Cincinnati and I live in Dayton and I've seen his work first-hand. Top-notch worksmanship.

Also, if you only want a minor stretch, the LTD440 swingarm is plug and play and is about 2" over stock. That is what I ran on my old '75 KZ400.

It's a bit of a secret, and takes a bit of creativity, but an EL250 swingarm will add about 6" over your stocker. I've seen it on a KZ440, so it should work for you. It is wider at the pivot point so you either have to narrow it, widen the frame, or bottlejack the frame apart a bit. I don't recommend the jack, but have seen it.
