Body Decals from Z1 Parts was created by Gman
No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configuration Does anyone have experience with the body decals sold by Z1 parts? I saw this body set on ebay and noticed the tail piece stripes look funny. Too skinny and chopped off at the back? Seller says they are from Z1 Parts. It makes me wonder what else may not be correct with their decal sets.

size looks right they should be cut off horz at the top

the reproductiondecals.com seem to be the top of the pile in quality and pro -painter preference.....if one painted the details from a stock set and could use the orig template it might be the next step up....you could probably not get any closer...imo

i have not used them but researched this topic numerous times before placing my order with Repro....

they got some cool shirts too!!!

i ordered a set from z1 ent. a couple days ago and asked why they were twice the price than some other sites and they said the quality was the difference. Il know more when i get a look at them. Ive seen the install instructions on the reproduction web site. anybody got any tips on putting these on?

I would think 500 would would be a great price on that set. Ive seen several go for 1,200 to 1,400 love that color on the 75s

We'll se where the bidding ends. There is a Buy It Now price of $1000 for the set. I just think the seller should be familiar enough with his product to know the stripes aren't accurate. Before I would go that high for that set, I would have Ralph paint a set for me or get a new body set from Z1 Enterprises.

Dont know about z1 but some of the newer decals look cheesy to me, made in china and look nothing like originals.

I bought a set from Reproduction Decals in Canada I think. They seemed to be good quality, but not easy to put on. I was very careful but still creased the gold decal for the tank. The problem for me was removing the paper on the rear of the vinyl decal. It looks OK, but I can see the creases made from removing the rear paper...Good luck. I would consider paint if I did it again.

no kidding i listened to some one explain wetting them and floating them on...i bet i would screw it up at least once...they are over 100 a set too...paint and pull adhesive pinstripes maybe easier for me

reproduction decals seem to be the top of the pile from what i could find out....nice folks too...nice shirts...
