Looking for luggage rack mounting photos

I bought a rusty old luggage rack on the bay advertised as coming off a 1975 Kawasaki Z1.

I want to put this on my 1979 KZ 750. Most of the mounting points are spot on where they need to be to fit my 750, but there are some rear points that don't quite match up to any points on the 750.

Before I put the time into cleaning this thing up, I want to know I'm going to be able to make it fit. For starters I'd like to see how these were originally mounted on the Z1 if that is in fact what it came off of.

The points that I'm concerned about are the rear ones that look like they would have mounted to somewhere near the license plate. They're at least two inches wider than my license plate holder though.

Does anyone have some pics of a similar luggage rack mounted on their bike? I'd like to see how this was originally mounted before I come up with my own bassackwards way of doing it.

Mine are a little different.
They have 2 "T" brackets that connects the rear tabs
to the tail light.
My rear tabs are tilted in also.
