1977 kz650 Stock paint colour was created by flhwesty
Can anyone tell me the stock paint colour of a 1977 kz650 from Canada. My brother inlaw has a kz650 in original condition but the paint lookes to good to me. It is a metalic silver with pin stripes. I can not remember the pin strip colour. Any help would be great.
1983 GPZ750
1977 KZ1000LTD
1978 Z1R
1981 GPz1100 KZ1100-B1

The 1977 KZ650B (spoke wheels, drum rear brake) was available in green or red. The 1977 KZ650C (alloy wheels, rear disc brake) was available in blue or silver.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

Welcome.

Sounds like the right colour, Moon Dust Silver came on the C model(Cast wheels).
