GPZ Tail and seat on 79 kz

Will the tail piece and seat from an 81-82 GPZ 750 OR 1100 fit on a 79 kz1000 E1?

The short answer is that that the 750/1100 parts are not drop-on replacements. That said, it is possible to fabricate mounts for the tail piece...the seat mounts completely differently than the E1 seat...including how the seat latches to the frame and the placement of the frame bumpers on the bottom of the seat.
