kz1000/kz1100 compatability

Last year I owned a 78 kz1000 and really enjoyed it, unfortunately I sold it, however tomorrow I am going to pick up an 82 kz1100. My question is- does anyone know if the rear fairing/cowl over the rear fender of a kz1000 will fit on the kz1100 and also are the seats interchangeable. I really like the look of the 1000 over the 1100 and would like to make this kz1100 Im about to pick up look as close to the kz1000 I used to have as possible. Thanks in advance and Im sure I'll have more questions along the way.

The answer to both of your questions is NO. The KZ 1000/1100 completely changed starting with the 1981 year. There is almost nothing interchangeable with the older bikes.
