No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThe 650 is not the bike that most people set up for touring but back in the 70's they did have what your looking for. You'll have to go to ebay or craigs list for those parts as they are not produced anymore. I've seen a couple 650's (such as below) on ebay with bags, fairing, etc but the bikes were being sold complete. Just keep looking.

found this backrest on craigslist ,got it for 50$!with a recovered cushion and nice chrome.so keep looking and good luck!
