79 kz650 saddlebags?

i'm carrying too much stuff on my back. any advice on saddlebags for my 79' kz650?

I use some River Road saddlebags. It's a compact size and about right for me. The only thing I do not like is the top flap lets rain in the ends. I would rather have a flap go over the edges and seal it better. They are also the fake leather type of material and will burn if too close to your pipes. For about $70-$75 not too bad.
