Will 70's LTD1000 sidecovers fit my 82? was created by 9am53
My 82 1000LTD sidecovers are of the 80's swooshy design, I plan on eventually putting on the tail section I got but I think it would look funny with the swooshy sidecovers instead of the more angular ones from the 70's. Are the mounting-peg-thing locations the same on the 80's bikes? or am I going to have to move the mounting holes...

your going to have to move mounting locations not even close to the same
