Just buy a block of closed cell foam and some "pleather" at a fabric store. I watched a thing on TV once where the guy glued the foam to the pan, and then used an electric carving knife to shape it. Then just stretch the vinyl cover over it. I'm sure there are a few "How to re-cover a seat" vids on youtube. Can't cost too much to try it out.

I've heard that the foam with a little trimming and this cover works on a 650 seat pan.
