You'll need to do some 3-D milling to follow the lines of the tank. MMMMM juicy!

Are u guys sure i cant just use my trusty grinder to sofen the paint edge? maybe a feather disk.:P

You sure could! It might take some time to color sand out those 24 grit scratches, but hey, I bet its possible! :laugh: Yes, you need to be accurate with your masking. But the beauty of masking tape is that if its not perfect, you just pull it up and re-lay it. Take your time and go slow, you'll get it.
