new paint candy apple red c4 z650

Hi Peeps,

in progress of redoing my tired old tins..but i couldnt contain myself showing it allready. i am super happy with my new candy apple red paint job. done by a mate who has a car paintshop (gotta luve those mates )

wird thing was that he couldnt find the candy apple red of Kawa in the dupoint computer thing. but he did find another that had mother of pearl in it. and so it became my new color. its REALLY nice in the sun, will add pictures later of finished product. to add is the striping. going to be silver and red (yes i know it should be different for C4 but i want something i like not originallity )

I ordered some new logo's so that will look nice too, instead of the old tatty ones i took off the stuff..

about the seat, i bought it from a guy for around 75 dollars, he just didnt know the value of it. I first had (still have) the original seat, which to me looks like a pancake. these one seaters really look the part, makes the bike stand out alot more.

when i put is on the bike the rest stood out, i need new shocks and switchers and front fairing and and.. omg now i really need to get it "tip top" with this paint

hmm i remember i still have a rickman full fairing lying around maybe put that on ebay to get some dosh

im very happy with the result.. dont look too close though.. then you will see more things than need some love and care, and they will! not just now, becasue i need to ride it for a bit

ow and before i forget, yep thats a 4in2 exhaust i found for allmost nohing on local secondhand webbie the guy never knew what he had

thinking of painting mine too. 1st things 1st though, got to get her running like it should. Love to hear that exhuast somehow. Looking at a Mac right now (4 into 1). Is there anyway you could post it on you tube.
