Finished Paint

I went to the shop around noon and worked on the bike. I was determined to finish up and take some pictures.

Changed the oil and filter,installed new disposable air filters,and new gas line.

Cloudy and overcast but i got my pictures.

I need to time the ignition and bleed the brakes.

Suppose to be 50 tomorrow,so i ride!!!!

I like the paint. The flames are not as visable as the old ones. Roy

Looking good Roy. You don't run any muffler or baffle? I used to do that back about 25 years or so. I like to hear them with attitude(lol).

I have hearing aids in both ears and it ain't loud. :laugh:

I do run a tip with baffle sometimes but i lose them and the one i have is not painted. Roy

So is that from all of the years of riding without earplugs or helmet or just that you listened to your rock and roll a little on the loud side?
I have to admit there is something I really like about purple kaws and the flames??? Nuff said. Although those bar ends might look better on straight bars.
Enjoy the riding. I may put the other motor in my bike until I get the crank and gears back and take a nice spring break ride down to the keys. Could stop by and have a few beers and maybe find some of the nice hills and corners that way. I love the twisties and my bike thinks it is a modern sportbike. I don't dare tell her different.:lol:
