gpz seat on an ltd

have an 83 ltd, was wondering if anyone knew if an 82-83 gpz seat would fit the pins and seat lock if i wanted to swap?

Hey dirtyoldbob...you need to tell us which bike you are thinking about...83 LTD could be a 550, 750, or 1100. However, the '82 GPz1100 and GPz750 seats do not have hinges and slide straight on with latches on both sides. They will not easily convert to a hinged format. Can't speak for the 550 or the '83s.
