started buildingmy solo seat set up tonight. i think it is turning out really well. it will shorten my seat by about 12-14 inches. this is want i wanted!!!! i will try and put up some pics in here of it.

this part of it is going to be fiberglassed in and supported with steel strips. the front flat spot is about 2 " above my cut down seat, so this will be a little cushion. i will post more pics whn i get it done.

well, the foam that i used is the foam that hobby people use to put plastic flowers in (ya know like at a restaraunt) it worked out great. easy to shape and very light. glues together easily to make more.

alss i am going to do is frame it. then fiberglass over it. it has a ridge about 2" high in the back of the seat. so i will put a little pad there.

as far as the swing arm and tire, they are off of a 2003 gsxr. the front is going to be the same. (a matching set)

i will keep you guys up dated with pics on the seat stuff.
