Replacement Locks for Vetter bags and fairing was created by Flashgp
I searched the forums but didn't find this mentioned anywhere. Anyone know of a source for replacement lock sets for the fairing, trunk, bags and their holders? The one on the bike are really worn out and it takes a lot of fussing with the key to get them to open and close.
I checked the Vetter site but they don't have them listed. I checked with a local lock smith and he can get me some that I would have to have keyed alike. Before I go that route, I thought I would see if anyone knows of a source with them done all ready. There are 6 locks.

I too haved searched for keyed locks for the Vetter Tail Trunk, Hard Bags and Fairing since mine did not come with the keys. I had managed to pick one of the locks and take it to the local locksmith to have a set of keys made. The keys worked but like FLASHGP, my locks are also worn out or may be in need of a good cleaning out and lubed with Graphite.I'll know for sure which it is in a few days when I can get around to Wally-World and purchase some Graphite. If I have to replace the locks, the locksmith can get me the required number of keyed-alikelocks (11 altogether). My only concern is the side bag locks which do not employ lock bars to secure them to the tail Trunk mounting frame. Odd setup but it works.

I got mine at Lowes..... it is a common keyed cylinder that is used on a variety of things. Cylinder and two keys $3.00............Search all the packages to find enough cylinders that are keyed alike

I will need new locks for the Diablo hard bags that came on the ST I just picked up. Are you saying I can use the Lowes locks and put the locking arm from the original locks and it will work?

Mine came with the locking arm in the package. It is a common cylinder that is used on a desk or a file cabinet to name a few. I used mine for the right hand hard cover on my Vetter fairing. If the locks are all the same style I would go to Lowes and give it a try. They even have them in Gold if you want some Bling.
