fuel tank questions
26 Sep 2009 17:39
Been reading through-out the site about fuel tanks and I'm thinking the 900 & 1000's had the biggest capacity wise. If I am correct, I am wondering if one would fit on the kz750 without much fabrication?
Read about adapting over the Yam xs1100 tank....how "involved" is that?

In one of your other topics you mention that the bike has a bunch of other KZ parts on it. Just an FYI: the stock 750E tank should hold about 4.2 gals. The 750-Ltd-4 peanut tank bolts onto your bike (pretty darn sure) - it only holds about 3.3 gals. So maybe you've got the wrong tank on the bike.

I am looking at buying an 81 kz750 LTD....and have been searching for some info on tank swaps.
So the 750E tank will swap on without issue?
