Installing a sissy bar...needing some help.

so I got a "back rest" for my 78 kz650 on ebay and I haven't been able to find any info on how to install it and I don't know what hardware I need/where to get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is this a sissy bar only or does it also have a luggage rack?
A photo would be helpful.
Some of them are attached at the shock absorber mounts & also near the turn signals. As for mounting hardware, I guess the hardware store or cycle salvage yard.
