...Dear KZCSI, I was going to made that hole, but then I realize that she lives in a hot tropical country where the condensation are very rare to happen, and for the rain, yes I noticed it, and I prefer to cover it with a plastic bag when she was exposure to rain fall.
Apart from that, I think the exhaust pressure is big enough to push out all the risks you
mention above....

I would concur with KZCSI.

The reason Z1 oem 4>4 mufflers were prone to early rusting out is because the small unnoticed drain hole went unattended and left to clog.

Non-breathable plastic cover also fosters rust.

Good Luck! :)

I think it is sort of interesting that Kawasaki markets differently to different parts of the world...even adjacent areas. Indonesia is up to its knees in KZ200/250's yet that is a fairly rare bike in North America. Same with US versus Canada...we get different sets/types of motorcycles...

KZ 200/250 also exist a lot in Brazilia and India, they also distributed to most of the europe country, as one the member here is from germany and he told me a lot of the KZ's in his country. If im not forgot, its there also in canada. As in US, most of the colour is blue and mostly are already damage. I've been here in this site so many years ago, and I spoke to many of the members all arround the world also. Although just now im back to active again.

Sorry, its not for sale. But be4 i made it, i use a plain paper to how its going to looks like. Thx!

For sound, yes it does change a lot!
For the performance change it cannot be seen as only from the exhaust design i made, but its become as a result of all the changes as i describe before.
