Thanks for the supportive comment,bros....
Well,it is,my mechanics jeans twice teared becoz of that... lol...
Yup,its a plain pipe. And as you can see there are 2 joint bcoz it was go through
trial n error to achieve performance and sound.... a bit ridiculous right ? lol...
I use plain pipe without anything inside bcoz my engine is bored up with 70mm pistone diameter
with a standard stroke(58mm),changing the stroke is my future plan, but that is not an easy
project to do. So, my KZ's has a volume of 225cc(rounded up a bit)...
I modify the camshaft with a bearing as original camshaft for KZ 200 A'series didnt have it,
so, it reduce the friction. I also modify the oil lines from inside to outside by using an external
pipe, i think its much cooler and has a constant and stabil oil pressure pumped to the upper
engine. I also smoothened the inlet(carburetor in) and outlet(exhaust out).
However im stil not very satisfied for the performance, as the torque increase satisfying, but the
top speed is remains, I tried and it reach 135-140km/h(arround 85mph).
I think thats all my brief summary of my KZ's....

I like it! Certainly original.:woohoo:
Have you drilled a small hole in the bottom of the pipe at it's lowest point to let rain and condensation out?
Good Job

Dear Locozuna,
It was passing over my mind to build batbike, but then i realize, it will be
not a pure and original idea... But, thanx 4 the 'joke' anyway...
Dear KZCSI,
I was going to made that hole, but then I realize that she lives in a hot tropical country
where the condensation are very rare to happen, and for the rain, yes I noticed it, and I prefer
to cover it with a plastic bag when she was exposure to rain fall.
Apart from that, I think the exhaust pressure is big enough to push out all the risks you
mention above. Thanx for the advice...
Yet to inform, Indonesia is one of the biggest country where KZ200-KZ250 lives and working...
In my own city, Bandung, there are total about 400 KZs...
Dear others,
Thanx for all the comment... Bless you all...
