In a nutshell, no. Mother Kawasaki lists different part numbers (not just paint suffices) for the 1984 ZX550, 750, and 1100.

The 1100 and the 750 are the same, the 550 is smaller. That is, when it comes to fit not color.

That is certainly true on the 1982 year model...but, I think it is different on the 1983/1984 year models.
