First is the seat, it seems like it is way too dished out (i am 6'4") and it has a travelcade cover. I am guessing that the previous owner cutout some foam while replacing the cover. Are there any other flatter style seats that swap, or should I just try to add some more foam?
Does anyone have pictures / opinions of this bike with more of a superbike handle bar setup? I hate the bullhorns.
Lastly, an elec question, am I right to assume that all mkII engine reg/rec & stators swap over?
Thanks
AJ

I'm working on an 82 CSR1000. I'm going with drag bars instead of superbike bars. There's already a 4 into 1 exhaust on it so i'm re jetting and going with pods. I'm dropping the front end a bit for better turn in. I can't wait to get it on the road.
Post up some pics.

If you don't like bullhorns, I don't think you would like these. They were fitted when I bought the bike & I think they are off a Harley but not too sure- the switch wires are routed inside the bars which is quite neat. Not decided whether to change them or not as they are quite wide.

Harley handlebars are usually 1 inch as opposed to the stock 7/8" bars. I believe it would be difficult to adapt all the oem switch gear to a larger bar, and difficult to mount a larger bar in the 7/8" bar clamps.
Good Luck!

That is another reason why the bars are so wide as 7/8" bar ends have been fixed to the 1" bars. Haven't measured the exact span width but they do feel pretty wide.
