New paint, bars, grips, mirrors, etc and pics too!

Hey guys,

My profile pic shows how the bike looked when I got it. I painted it black, swapped the pullback bars for drag bars, new grips, bar end mirrors. I'm thinking about painting the fenders as well (seems like a lot of chrome for such a little bike)....

How about some close ups of those mirrors, non blurry please. :dry:

Roll her out in the day light and snap some more images... side profile, zoom/exploded views of the drag bars, mirrors on end of bars etc...

Very cool, i vote to paint the fenders to. Just remenber to sand the chrome or the paint will come back off.

Since the bike was red, you could go red on the fenders for a nice two-tone. Don't forget the wheels and tires, they need paint too. You have to ruff up the rubber on the tires real good then pick the color. Be sure and clear coat the tires after paint or the paint may peal though.

Ron is not a fan of repainting bikes. Although some of his latest posts kind of make me wonder if he is coming around. :ohmy:
